Delete your NepAll account
You can delete your NepAll account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, saved addresses, wishlist, saved searches, classifieds and matrimony notices, and signs you out everywhere.
In the NepAll app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account (the profile tab).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. You do not need to contact us first.
On the website or by email
If you cannot use the app, sign in at nepall.com.au/my-account and use GDPR – Personal data → Delete my account, or email info@nepall.com.au from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We act on emailed requests within 7 days.
What we keep
Records of orders you placed, and invoices and payments tied to them, are kept for as long as Australian tax and consumer law requires (up to 7 years), then removed. They are no longer linked to a usable account. Messages you sent to sellers or other members are kept for their side of the conversation with your name removed.
