How we use it

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, share necessary details with the independent seller fulfilling your order, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and send order updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Sellers on our marketplace

Nepall.com.au is a marketplace. When you place an order, the seller receives the details needed to fulfil it (your name, delivery address and order contents). Sellers must only use this information to fulfil your order.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS for all traffic and restrict access to personal data to staff who need it.

Access, correction and deletion

You can view and update your details at any time from your account. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, via our contact page.

You can delete your account at any time from the mobile app (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting us. Deletion anonymises your personal details immediately; records of past orders are retained in de-identified form where Australian tax and consumer law requires us to keep transaction records.
